Our Process

What happens before it ships

Vegetable starts move fast — most of what we sell goes from seed to your porch in about six weeks. This is the real timeline, not a marketing one.

Week 1

Sown under lights

Seed sown into trays in our heated greenhouse, where germination is tracked and logged for every variety.

Week 3

Potted up

Strong seedlings are bumped to a larger cell so roots have room to build before they ever face outdoor weather.

Week 5

Hardened off

Moved outside in stages over several days to adjust to real sun, wind, and temperature swings before they leave us.

Ship week

Tagged & packed

Pulled to order, tagged with its own care specs, and packed upright so stems and soil arrive intact.
